Batuwangala village is situated in Southern capital,in the histrorical city, Galle district,Hiniduma electroate,Hinidumpaththuwa,Neluwa.It is belong to Neluwa Divitional Secretariant area. It is in a beautiful vicinity. Sinharaja forest – a world famous ever green heritage is very next to the village. Famous “Ginganga” flows bordering tea plantations in the village.. The surrounding adds Immense beauty. Hilly tea estates, misty mountains cool and soft weather, carlm vicinity with the peaceful villagers are bring blessings to the school. The people live inside the village are villagers by means of it word.They are very keen on hospitality and goddness.The Main income of majority of the people is tea plantation.They are experties on making quality tea leaves.They spent more than 10 hours a day in this tea plots.Villages do not have great scale tea estates.They only have perch number land for their cultivation.the weather is smooth and nice to fit the tea plantations.most of the time it rains hours a day.But for average number of hours there is sun also.The evevr genness adds more beauty to the village.Where ever you see there are endless tea fields.The sinharaja rainforest is next to the village.It is a world heritage.
